Every behaviour on this web will be focused to achieve the goals of Watt RC Cars. Watt RC Cars is not responsible in any way, of the comments, articles and reviews written by its users. The official point of view from Watt RC Cars will published in page leading article.
1. Registration
The goal of Watt RC Cars is being a knowledge pool for everyone who desires to learn and discuss about electric radio control racing. Te access to the contents published on this web site is free to everyone, just for his/her personal use. The right of writing is reserved for registered users only. If you want to be a registered users please write an e-mail to the Admin regarding about your impressions about electric cars and why do you want to be part of this web site.
2. Articles and collaborations
Every collaboration with Watt RC Cars will be altruist. Every agreement with WRCC will have no economical nor legal implications between the parts. Every material uploaded at WRCC will remain, by every meaning, property of its original author. WRCC only helps to made it available for everyone. Articles sent to WRCC have to be original creations, we'll not accept copies from other sources. If you review, update or translate something you will HAVE TO quote the original document and its author. If something on this web site does not comply with this rule please let us know asap. Moderator and any other collaborator of this web site is fully independent. Their only mission is to keep web page and forum under harmony and control. Every one of them have its own opinion and only represents to itself.
3. Writing at the forum
It is mandatory to use the search function in the forum before publishing any new topic. It there's already any thread talking about that topic you will have to continue on it. If the previous threads is not similar to your concern then you could open a new thread, but a link to the search you done have to be included. The main language of this site is Spanish, but English are equally accepted. In order to ensure the understanding and ease the reading you have to be very careful with the use of the language, avoiding slang and any type or writing similar to sms. Never, under any circumstance, a thread will be published in more than one subforum. If you made a mistake and placed something in the wrong place just give a touch to the moderators for moving it to the right subforum. The title of every thread have to describe faithfully the content. Examples: Good title: My LRP Sphere Competition 2007 has burn, again Bad title: Heeeeeeeelp!!! Capital letters won't be used, they equals to southing. If you want to contact with a specific user use private messages, do not open any thread in the forum for this. Spam of any kind is absolutely forbidden, any spammer but the official one will be banned for life. Publishing of contents related to religion, sex, politics, and anything illegal is not allowed and will be deleted asap. Publisher will be sanctioned for this. It is absolutely forbidden to publish, anywhere at WRCC links or materials that are: copyright protected, sexual, bad taste and or illegal. The pics will have jpg or gif format and will be smaller than 800x600 If you want to include videos just place a metalink with the tittle of the video, don't embed it at the message. Every discussion will be polite. Arguments have to be supported with facts, it only will be personal opinions until proved by facts.
4. User profile
Nick won't be offensive in any way. It's recommended to use you name and initials. Personal avatar will be limited to 8kb and 100x100 pixels. Personal signature will not include pics nor links. The letters will be standard in every parameter. Only one nick per person is allowed. This link is untransferable and it's responsibility of the user to keep it safe.
5. General rules
Good manners and respect are mandatory for every user. If any discussion goes too far it will have to be notified to moderators and administrator. The post will be automatically closed until it can be review deeply. When a decision about it will be taken it will be final. The verdict will be published at the post.
6. Shops, advertisement and business
No advertising, in any way, from anyone, will be allowed. WRCC does not consider as advertising to recommend products or pages related to electric radio control between private users, as long as they are not related in any way to the recommended pages/product/manufacturers/shops. Sponsored or professional drivers are allowed and welcomed to WRCC, but their comments will be restricted to technical info and set ups. They cannot promote anything. If any business want to notify something considered of public interest it has to write to the Administrator and wait for his answer about when and how to publish the possible news. If there is any doubt about any recommendation or suggestion of something point 7 of these rules will be applied. This web site does not allow any trading between users under any method. Cheating about this rule will mean being banned for life.
7. Disciplinary actions
Noncompliance with these rules will mean that disciplinary actions will be taken by the moderators and/or moderatos, who will determine the gravity of the action and following penalty. Possible sanctions could be:
-Private warning
-Public warning
-Losing writing permission
-Temporal banned
-Banned for life
This sanctions could be applied together and could be followed by legal actions.
